Word up – Bristol Culture repping our Slapstick Black and White ales at Dawkins’s The Hillgrove.

Many pubs in Bristol have their walls covered with pump clips to show off their commitment to real ale. But actually, what is more important than the beers that were on tap once upon a time are those beers that are currently being served and you can come in today to drink.

In the Hillgrove in Kingsdown, there are both plentiful pump clips hidden behind hops on the walls, and also plenty of pump clips on the bar.

This is a Dawkins pub, so no surprise there from a brewery well known for both the quality of its own beers and the guest ales in its five-strong estate of pubs.
